Re: "CDS Edocs" Update

To Our Valued Customers,

CDS continues to make progress in the development of our "Edocs" online account information system. Everyone should be aware by now that we are E-mailing order confirmations and month-end statements for those that have provided us with E-mail addresses.

Please be aware that starting June 9th, 2003 we will begin E-mailing invoices as well.

The exciting part of all this is that also beginning June 9th you will be able to access your account information through our web site at www.cabdoor.com. This will allow you to view confirmations, invoices and statements at your convenience. This database will store your statements in a historical manner in case you need to refer back for any reason.

I want to urge anyone that has not provided an E-mail address to us, to please do so right away. We will then issue you a user name and password so you can take advantage of this great new service. In the event that you can't find your password or cannot login, please contact Treena or Steve and they will fix you up.

For those that are not online with CDS, please be aware that your information is now being faxed rather than mailed. So, watch that fax closely, please.

One last but important note. I have instructed our Accounts Receivable Department to tighten up on the allowance of discounts being taken outside of our stated terms. It's really quite simple, if you want to take advantage of your discount please be sure to pay by the date stated on your invoice. I would really appreciate everyone's cooperation on this issue.
