One of our goals at CabDoor is to provide the resources our employees need to succeed in their career. And mentoring is one way we do that.
As seen in the diagram below, we use a series of four positions that work together to achieve that goal.
Silvia started on the production floor working in panel manufacturing until she was promoted to another position in the assembly cell. Once she began learning that new position, she began to struggle. By addressing this issue to her mentor, her team leader, mentor, and coach were able to work together to bring her success in the position
