For an employee to be hired and promoted at CabDoor, we don’t require them to be expert woodworkers or have manufacturing experience and a degree or have huge arm muscles. To be hired and promoted, we only look for two qualities:
One of our goals at CabDoor is to provide the resources our employees need to succeed in their career. And mentoring is one way we do that.
To ensure our customers get the precise measurements they need, we require our employees to learn how to measure down to the 1/16th of an inch. It sounds scary at first to most new employees, but with enough practice and dedication, an employee can catch on in a matter of weeks, sometimes days!
CabDoor is happy to celebrate Savannah, a recent high school graduate, who stuck with our 2017 Summer Hire Program.
