Keith Taylor, Sales |
Keith Taylor, having come from the retail industry,
joined CDS in 1998 with a passion for helping people. His natural ability is in Sales and Customer Satisfaction,
where he looks to find solutions for what he believes are our business partners (customers).
His focus on Sales and his commitment to continued personal improvement have led him to the Marketing side of
the business also.
Keith and his wife Babette have two grown, wonderful children who they enjoy spending time with when not working.
He has been known to drive them all crazy with what seems to be "non-stop" doing even when at home...
Although he has been known to have an interest in how to build things, and is eager to jump in, we do not allow
him in to the shop, except on rare, managed occasions. If you saw his handy-man work, you'd agree that he is "All-Thumb" and we don't want him actually building your doors!

 Chris Budzius, Washington Sales |
Chris Budzius, is our Washington region Sales Rep, and comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Chris is the kind of guy that everyone likes to talk to and his easy personality builds trusting and lasting relationships with his customers.
Chris and his wife, Mary Jo, live in Issaquah, Washington with their two dogs, Murphy and Sherman. Chris has a passion for the outdoors, whether it be jogging with the dogs, playing soccer or rock climbing.
He also enjoys wood working and is a “craftsman-at- heart”. He’s busy with many remodeling projects and, on any weekend, he can be found in his garage working on a new piece of furniture as requested by his wife.

Steve Laurance
Arizona Sales |
Steve Laurance has been with CabDoor since the beginning. Representing CabDoor for the Arizona region, Steve maintains a local guy relationship with the folks of Arizona and surrounding areas. With an easy going style and gift of gab, Steve has the ablity to put anyone at ease and make them feel important and well taken care of.
Steve has over thirty years worth of industry knowledge, having started in the wood industry at 17! We'd put his knowledge up against anyones. If he can't answer the question, he knows a way to find the answer.
For free time and relaxation Steve spends time with his wife Brenda and son Cody at their Arizona home. Steve also has quite the knack for restoration. His garage has been known to house more than one awesome Mustang at a time and Steve can turn a clunker into a mean machine in no time!

Chuck Freeman, Customer Service |
Chuck Freeman was one of the original founders of CabDoor in 1989, and has always placed himself in the position between the customer and Cab Door’s manufacturing team. His focus on customer relations allows him to contribute to numerous aspects of the business from Customer Service and Sales to Marketing and Product Development.
His up-bringing in a large family, with an entrepreneurial Father, fostered a deep respect and love for the American Free Enterprise System. He believes in a minimalist Government and is quick to debate the ramifications of Government interference in our lives.
Chuck has recently added the skill of typing with 4 fingers! He is also a company celebrity, famously known as the only guy who can cut circles on a table saw!
Chuck’s leisure time is often devoted to reading, too much political TV, long walks with his wife Josephine and occasional trips to the Oregon coast. It’s a medical marvel as to how Chuck stays so thin with a wife that is a Statewide Baking Champ.
|

Michael Fowler, Finance and Accounting |
Michael Fowler is CabDoor's Accounting and Finance Guru! Coming from the banking industry, and being CabDoor's banker for over 10 years, it just made perfect sense to bring him on as part of the ownership team back in 2005.
Michael is newly married to to his beautiful bride Laika Fowler and they enjoy spending their free time together. Michael also likes spending time out on his boat and is quite the "Fisherman and Crabber" - We also enjoy his crabbing trips because we usually become the recipients of at least a few delicious crabs!
As well as confidently managing CabDoor financially we have come to always count on Michael to get the difficult things done.

Cliff Stites, Production |
Cliff Stites is one of the original founders of CabDoor, going all the way back to 1989 when there wasn’t anything but raw energy to make things happen. With a focus on Production Operations and Lean Manufacturing, Cliff has recently been completely re-tooled in his thinking about how to take care of customers with the development of the CabDoor Production System.
Supported by his wonderful wife, Ursula, he manages a pretty full workload, and has been accused by his friends and partners of being a "workaholic" and rather narrowly focused in life, but in secret, really gets entertainment value from watching his partners “squirm” for living their lives normally.
When not working, Cliff loves to support his teenage kids in their high school endeavors, and, when he’s not learning a new software skill, he really digs lounging on the couch with his wife as his way of “gettin’ away from it all”.

Jamie Coley, Customer Service |
Jamie Pancheri has worked for CabDoor for over two years. It is her voice that greets you when you call our office. Jamie is engaged to be married and will soon be moving to the Seattle area. Fortunately, she will be able to maintain her position on the Cabdoor Team, and continue to serve our great customers.
In her spare time she likes to unwind with a book and enjoys spending time with family and friends. |
Dianna Elliott-Karr, HR and Accounting |
Dianna Elliott originally went to work for Cabinet Door Service as an order entry person in 1993. As the company grew, she was utilized in various positions as the company found that they could take advantage of her skills and flexibility in a rapidly growing era. She is currently “doubling down” in Human Resources and Payroll/Accounting.
Throughout the wearing of all those different hats, she has come to really like working with people and helping them with their problems, with the main goal of helping them get ahead.
When not at work, she applies the same desires towards her family, with the hope to see them smile and her teenagers to view her as their friend. But most of all, she likes to see them cringe… while she’s playing her piano. |

Shane Hensen, Customer Service |
Shane Hensen manages CabDoor's Order Entry and Production Scheduling. Shane would never brag, but accuracy is never a problem- in fact making a mistake reminds everyone around here that he actually is human.
Outside of work, he’s really into video games, including SNK Vs. Capcom, and we’ve also heard he can perform a Brain Twister and Split the Atom.
When asked what else he likes to do, his answer will always be "Toys, Toys, TOYS"!!! If there were any way to penetrate that infallible work ethic, a unique new electronic gadget would probably do the trick...
Self admittedly, Shane may have a slightly "smart" mouth but secretly we think he’s just trying to cover up just how sharp his brain actually is.

Bobby Estes, Custom Technician |
Bobby Estes is our "Go To" guy here at CabDoor. Bobby does all of our CNC Programming and various technical drawings. While his main job is programming he has an extremely mechanically inclined mind, and with enough time and research the confidence level that he can fix the problem, or complicated machine, is very high.
For fun Bobby spends time with his wonderful family, doing fun family activities or enjoys spending a night out on the town with his wife Melissa.
Bobby is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and his sense of humor keeps us constantly uplifted around here. |

Roberto Aguilar, Production Manager |
Roberto is CabDoor's Production Manager and has been actively managing the production floor for the last year and we can not praise him enough!
Roberto has the perfect balance of leadership and people skills, enabling others to follow him and also respect him for his fairness and willingness to get in there and help whenever neccessary.
Roberto has a beautiful, "growing" family that he enjoys spending his free time with and he also is an athlete, enjoying basketball and soccer on the weekends. |
